STATUS CO – PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by STATUS CO Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Type
This promotion is a trade promotion lottery (game of chance) conducted in accordance with applicable Victorian laws and regulations.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 18th June 2026 and closes at:
11:59 PM AEST on 18th June 2027, OR earlier if a total of 3,000 eligible entries are reached, whichever occurs first.
No entries will be accepted after the promotion closes.
4. Eligibility
• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Entry is open worldwide where participation is legally permitted.
• Employees, contractors, immediate family members, or associated parties of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
By entering, entrants confirm that participation does not breach any laws in their country or jurisdiction.
5.1 Free Entry
• Individuals may enter the promotion for free by subscribing via the official STATUS CO website during the Promotion Period.
• Each valid subscriber will receive one (1) entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5.2 Bonus Entries Through Hoodie/ Sweat Shirts & Beanie Purchases
1 purchase = 3 Entries
2 purchases = 7 Entries
3 purchases = 12 Entries
6. Entry Conditions
• All valid entries, including free and bonus entries, will be entered into one combined draw pool.
• Each valid entry has an equal random chance of winning.
• Entries generated through fraudulent, automated, deceptive, or unfair methods may be disqualified.
7. Prize
One (1) Major Prize of $100,000 AUD
The prize will be transferred to the winner via bank transfer or another method determined by the Promoter.
The winner is solely responsible for:
• Providing accurate payment details
• Any tax obligations or reporting requirements in their jurisdiction
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable unless determined otherwise by the Promoter.
8. Winner Selection
• The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the promotion closing date.
• The draw process will be conducted fairly and transparently using a verifiable random selection method.
9. Winner Notification
• The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided during entry.
• The winner must respond within 14 days of notification.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is deemed invalid, the Promoter may conduct a replacement draw.
10. Winner Verification & Fraud Prevention
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of any entrant or winner.
Entrants may be required to provide:
• Full legal name
• Residential address
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
Before the prize is awarded, the winner may be required to provide:
• Valid government-issued identification
• Proof of residential address
• Any additional information reasonably required to verify eligibility
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• submits false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• uses multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
• attempts to manipulate the promotion; or
• breaches these Terms & Conditions.
If a winner is unable to satisfy the verification requirements, the Promoter may deem the entry invalid and conduct a replacement draw.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected during the promotion will be used for:
• administering the promotion;
• contacting entrants and winners; and
• marketing communications where consent has been provided.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
• technical malfunctions or website interruptions;
• delayed, lost, or corrupted entries; or
• circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
13. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to:
• verify entries and entrant eligibility;
• amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary; and
• cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise, subject to applicable laws.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may result in disqualification.

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
